The latest Performance Based Research Fund Consultation documents on the design of the 2006 round were issued on the 9th of February and are now available for comment.

One paper focuses on external research income as a measure of research quality, and the other on issues surrounding the PBRF funding formula.

The TEC welcomes any comments on the issues raised specifically in the Consultation papers. Additionally, the TEC invites comments on any other matters relating to the PBRF funding framework that stakeholders believe need attention during the forthcoming redesign phase.

Feedback is required by 4 March 2005.
