General information:

The Lottery Minister's Discretionary Fund accepts applications from individuals and groups for charitable projects that are not the responsibility of any of the Lottery distribution committees or subcommittees. These purposes include * overseas travel for educational/cultural exchanges* arts projectsThe fund is distributed by the Minister of Internal Affairs who is ex officio Presiding Member of the Lottery Grants Board.

Application dates:

These are considered at various times throughout the year. Once an application is lodged and all the required information is received from the applicant, we usually advise an applicant of the Minister's decision within four to 12 weeks.
