General information:
The Fulbright Senior Specialist Programme provides short-term grants for two to six weeks for New Zealand academic institutions to host US academics and professionals for lectures, seminars, workshops or conferences/symposiums.Entitlement* an economy airfare and US$200 per day honorarium for the specialist is provided EligibilityUp to 10 awards are granted each year. The host institution must:* have an academic affiliation * cover accommodation, meals and domestic travel costs * apply to Fulbright New Zealand to make a request for a specialist. If the specialist isn't name on the CIES Roster, a field of scholarship can be identified and a list of three specialists will be selected from which the host institution may select.
