Cathy Simon is founding principal of SMWM, one of the largest women-owned design firms and one of the top practices in the USA, both in terms of the quality of its work and the organic structure of the organisation. SWMW was founded in San Francisco with a vision of reinvigorating public architecture and re-inspiring the dialogue about place and community.
