The PANNZ Performing Arts Market 2008

Event

The PANNZ Performing Arts Market is New Zealand’s sole marketplace for New Zealand and International touring works where artists, producers, venues and festivals can meet, network, and get a glimpse of some of the incredible shows planning to tour. The 2008 market also offers some exciting workshop opportunities for both venues and artists.

For artists & producers - the market is an excellent opportunity to showcase touring productions and new works to venues and festivals, and meet & network with these presenters – maybe even form some ongoing relationships for future projects!

For the venue & festival operators, this is a chance to get a better sense of some of the finest artistic talent from New Zealand and abroad, which is able to tour. It is also a perfect chance to network, meet the artists and producers and fellow venue and festival representatives.

PANNZ 2008 will continue in our new format - with a more informal setting, time for questions, and time for the venues and festivals to discuss each work following the presentation. After feedback from the 2005 market, we will also be re-introducing the opportunity for live elements to the presentations, and we will continue to have a small section of new works and international works. We will also again be grouping the presentations by venue size.
